Freshers’ Days Winter Semester 2023/2024

On Thursday, October 12th 2023, 10:00 and on Friday, October 13th, 15:30 the Fachschaft hosts Freshers’ Days for all Computational Linguistics freshers (Bachelor or Master). On Thursday, there will be a breakfast and a general introduction to the studies. On Friday, there will be the introduction to the technical infrastructure in which you should partake to get a Computational Linguistics Account (also, we will have dinner together in the Marstallmensa and visit a few of Heidelberg’s pubs).

We meet on Thursday at Im Neuenheimer Feld 325, Seminar Room 7 (often shorted to “INF 325, SR 7”). We marked the building down below on the map with a blue pin. Once you are in INF 325, you should be able to find Seminar Room 7 using the signs from the university (it is situated on the first floor, or the second floor if you’re from the USA).

On Friday we will meet in the same building, but in a different room: Im Neuenheimer Feld 325, Computer Pool (= CIP-Pool = ZIP-Pool).
